WHO WE ARE
BMK Risk Management Consultants is a fee based, independent Risk Management Consulting firm located in New York City. We are not brokers nor do we sell insurance. We are a small firm with tremendous experience in several industries particularly Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Energy. The firm is lead by Michael Oliva, a risk management and insurance professional with over 25 years of industry experience.
We act as "out-sourced" risk managers for our clients at a fraction of the cost of a fulltime risk manager and will remove the burden of managing your risk and insurance so you can focus on your business. In the Risk Management Stewardship role we will provide independent risk management advice to management, deal day to day with your insurance brokers and other risk management vendors, drive the renewal process, analyze all quotes and proposals and perform a review of your insurance policies annually so the product you buy is the best it can be.
We also perform Audits of Insurance and Risk Management programs so you know if your risk management program is up to current standards and benchmarks, competitvely priced and that best practices are being followed.
